For changing the world, you must have cause. As a accountant, you must inspiration to change the world. For example, I was an accounting teacher in my small city. It is important because when it has given benefit to me, it will surely benefited for world. I saw dream to make this website as good as I can do. So, I am progressive for achieving my dream.

3rd Step : Give the Water to Your Dream Plant
You have cause to the change the world through your accounting action. You have great dream. But did you give water to it. Water is not costly. But, it needs your personal hard work. If you have fixed that you have dream. It means, you have small plant. If you will start to give water, it will become tree. So, I am telling you how can you give water to your dream.
1. Speak in loud voice : Yes, I have dream and I have to achieve it at any cost.
2. Speak in loud voice : Yes, I have self-confidence, I can achieve my dreams.
It is water and one day, you will surely achieve the dreams and world will change with this.
4th Step : Save Your Dream Plant From Killers
(A) From Negative People
Negative people may be your friend, your parent, your brother, your sister and your relative.You have dream to change the word through your own success but all such people will encourage you negative way.
No, you can not do. You will fail. You are unable. You have no ability to do same. You will lose. You will not do. So, either teach them that your dream is plant and it need water and you are giving water and be patience. It will become tree. It will take time. If they still not understand. Then leave them. Save your dream plant from such negative people. These are naughty animals who want to eat before becoming it tree. Never meet them before achieving your dream.
(B) From Your Own Negative Thoughts
Everyday, lots of your negative thoughts will kill your own dream plant. Try to best to choose the words which you use to speak. "It can not be done because no one did it before" It is negative word and you can use the words, "It can be done and I have opportunity to do this.
(C) Your Fear
Fears will stop your way. It will say, stop the water to your dream. There is shortage of water. Drink it. It will take time and you will waste all the water for it. Never listen the voice of your fear. Trust on yourself. Listen the voice of it. It will say, same tree will bring unlimited water from the bottom of the earth for you. So, give water to this plant.
5th Step : Convert Your Dream into Your Goal
If you will fix the time for achieving your dream. It will your goal. Dream may be big. Goals can be divide it in small parts like small steps. For example, you can easily go to 5th step, if you have achieve 4 steps goal. If you will achieve all goals, it means, you have achieved your dream and after achieving dream, world will automatically change. So, better is to write your goals which is needed to achieve same dream. Show it on your wall where you can see all time. More you will focus on achieving your goals, more fastly, you will achieve your goal. Time limit is important. So, you must write the time when you will achieve your small goal. Make your life-time goals. One year goals. One month's goal and today goal. Run today goal. You will achieve month's goal. Run month's goal, you will achieve year's goal. Run one year's goal, you will achieve your dreams.
" You must not distract focus from your goal every second of your life. World is ready to change if you have changed yourself by dedication and determination for achieving your own goals and dreams."
